  Do you want to talk through your problems with an online counsellor?

We’ve set up a new service to make it easier to contact a counsellor at Terrence Higgins Trust. Online counselling from THT is a confidential service for gay and bisexual men who are UK residents.

If you want to talk through issues that concern you, from relationships to your sex life, drop us a line and we’ll send you an application form or fill it out online. Counselling sessions take place on Gaydar at a time to suit you and your counsellor.

To find out whether online counselling is for you, send us a message and we’ll get back to you. You can also private message us if we’re online in the THT Counselling room.

Who should I call if I am in crisis now?

Online counselling is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate distress please contact The Samaritans.

Information and advice about sexual health

For factual information and advice about sexual health matters, you can chat to a Netreach worker in the Health Info-THT room. You can also contact THT Direct.
